Shipping & Returns
How We Ship
Goods are collected directly from our Distro warehouses located and delivered directly to clients.
- Orders completed before 11am Weekdays are Shipped Same Day
- Courier Cut Off Times are 1pm Week Days, orders placed after 1pm are shipped next day
- Parcel Tracking Codes are displayed by clicking on "Track Your Orders"
- Courier times are area dependant please request your specific area ETA delivery dates.
Collections / Send own courier
- Orders for Collections will be available within 1 hour after payment
- Client will be advised on Warehouse collection address and contact details
- Client will be supplied collection reference for dispatch to release the item(s)
- Please request warehouse location for stock availability if you want to collect in person
- Pretoria/Johannesburg Areas 1 Day Courier
- Cape Town Area 1-2 Days Courier
- KZN Durban Area 1-3 Days Courier
- Limpopo 2-4 days Courier
- Outlining Areas 3-5 days Courier
Public Holidays and Weekends will delay delivery times
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund.
A full refund will only be issued if products:
- are unopened
- with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and other material etc
- We cannot send courier to collect rejected items
Should an opened product be returned, or a product be returned without any of these items, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged as we cannot re-sell the item as new, the item will have to be re-sold as used
Order Cancell / Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 4 hours for cancelled orders that are not shipped
- Refunds for returned items will take up to 2 weeks after the items has been received
- Refunds are paid directly into the clients bank account via EFT
RMA for Faulty Items
- Faulty items are collected and replaced under ArxValdex shipping costs
- RMA are usually completed within 7 working days, client will be updated accordingly
