XTree for Windows File Manager Version 1.50c Update

This patch incorporates two updates:

1.50 -> 1.50b: provides Zip 2.0 file extraction capabilities
1.50b -> 1.50c: fixes the Volume Network Connections command
bug on LanMan and Banyan Vines networks.
