Gravis Ultrasound Drivers

• This version fixes problem with some WIN32s games, e.g. Kings Quest VII
  and The Farm.
• It also fixes problem with running SBOS after quitting Windows.
• The driver will not complain that Windows is not running in Enhanced mode
when a Win-OS/2 session is started under OS/2. It will now simply unload
itself quietly. (N.B we are working on supporting Win-OS/2 sessions in
a future version of the OS/2 drivers.)

The GUS0012 Windows Drivers release allows STEREO recording and playback at
sampling rates to 44.1kHz, and adds the MIDI IN port
